In the heart of downtown Greensboro's arts district, Crop Salon was established in 2013 as the vision of longtime friends and coworkers Ali Pucilowski and Angela Mcclure. Ali and Angela envisioned a salon that would feel like home to stylists and guests alike, and a team with the talent and passion to execute hair at the highest level.

Upon that foundation, Crop was built with a dedication to impeccable guest services, the highest level of artistry, and a well established reputation.

Sustainability is a core value at Crop, literally from the ground up. Housed in a building over 100 years old, Crop is furnished with sustainable cork flooring, reclaimed wood, and low impact amenities. Crop is a certified Green Circle Salon. Green Circle Salons is a movement to help the salon industry reduce its environmental footprint, and provide options for consumers seeking genuine green experiences in salon care. Since its inception in 2009, GCS has been building a network of certified salons and providing them with a comprehensive pathway to green solutions. GCS is committed to giving back 5% of pretax profit to local and international organizations to support programs for creative environmental impact and positive change. Furthermore, we exclusively partner with Davines, an environmentally and culturally conscious haircare and color line. This enables our stylists to create high impact hair with zero impact products.

STAFF


Our team offers expertise in haircutting in all its forms, from precision to organic. We create stunning hair color by employing a myriad of techniques, including balayage and hair painting, traditional highlighting, color melting, and ombre. We will help you enhance (or rebel against!) your natural color and we will embrace your hair's true character. Our service offerings also include specialty styling, blowouts, updos, hair extensions, and texture changes.

Our greatest strength is in our unique lineup of hairstylists. Deeply creative and highly experienced, our stylists are trained to look at hair through the eyes of artists as it becomes a study in texture and shape, light and shadow, form and function.

The inviting, relaxed, and open feel that has become the hallmark of Crop Salon starts from the top with owners Ali Pucilowski and Angela McClure. Both longtime residents of Greensboro, they have a combined 35 years of experience and extensive advanced training as a testament to their devotion as industry professionals. Combined with their commitment to a light-hearted and high-spirited work environment, Ali and Angela have graciously stepped into the role of business owners to the delight of their guests and team.
