Today I want to tell you how to starve cancer cells – with a supplement your doctor has probably never heard of.
Studies prove this natural product kills a long list of different cancers. It’s not a cure. But it does significantly help improve and extend the lives of cancer patients. Here’s the scoop.
Back in the 1990s a pioneering team of Hungarian researchers led by Mate Hidvegi developed a process to ferment wheat germ. Then they extracted concentrated nutrients from the fermented germ.
In 1998 Hungary approved their fermented wheat germ extract (FWGE) as a dietary supplement for cancer patients.
Today researchers are proving this natural food supplement strikes at the heart of cancer cell growth. But it’s completely non-toxic to normal healthy cells. Let me explain.
Fermented Wheat Germ Extract Starves Cancer Cells
Cancer cells use 10 to 50 times more glucose or sugar than normal healthy cells. They need it to grow and spread.
As tumors grow, the cancer needs more and more glucose. It steals sugar from healthy cells. Cancer patients begin to feel fatigued from lack of energy. Their bodies begin to waste away as cancer diverts fuel that should go to building fats and proteins.
Fermented wheat germ extract helps reverse that process. It reduces glucose flow into cancer cells so they can’t grow. But it does something even more amazing.
Compounds in FWGE cause cancer cells to use whatever glucose they have to stimulate apoptosis. In other words, they use the sugar to self-destruct.
Studies show fermented wheat germ extract halts growth of ovarian, breast, skin, prostate, colorectal, and stomach cancers. In one study, it had an 85% effective rate at killing cancerous leukemia cells.
Cancer patients using FWGE routinely live longer. In a randomized study of 52 patients with malignant skin melanoma, half the patients received just chemotherapy.
The other half received chemo plus 8.5 grams of fermented wheat germ extract for 12 months. After 7 years, patients who took FWGE lived on average 22 months longer. They also went over two years longer without any progression of their disease.
And patients taking fermented wheat germ extract have a better quality of life. A UCLA study followed 55 breast cancer patients. Those taking FWGE reported significantly better physical and emotional function after just 3 months. They also reported better overall health, nausea and vomiting, insomnia and constipation.
How to Access This Life-Saving Supplement
Fermented wheat germ extract is currently being used for cancer patients in clinical studies. But it’s also available over the counter. In some countries it’s sold under the brand name Avemar. In the U.S. it’s marketed as “AWGE.”
FWGE is not just for cancer. It’s also been proven to boost immunity and heart health. And it’s being used in the treatment of diabetes and obesity.
Cancer studies use 8-9 grams of fermented wheat germ extract. It’s available as a powder to dissolve in water or as tablets.
Follow the directions to make sure you get the maximum absorption. Taking vitamin C at the same time can interfere with FWGE. Make sure to take the extract one hour before or 2 hours after meals or other drugs or supplements, including vitamin C.
Fermented wheat germ extract does affect estrogen activity. Don’t take FWGE if you have an estrogen-sensitive cancer like breast or prostate cancer. You should also avoid it if you’re pregnant or nursing.
And don’t forget fermented wheat germ extract is a wheat product. If you have a wheat allergy or gluten sensitivity, be careful. For more information visit http://www.awgena.com/
